Introduction
This acceptable use policy covers the products, services, and technologies (collectively referred to as the “Products”) provided by Gleeboard Ltd under any ongoing agreement. It is designed to protect us, our customers, and the wider internet community from unethical, irresponsible, or illegal activity. This policy was last reviewed on 24 February 2023.
Customers found engaging in activities prohibited by this acceptable use policy can be liable for service suspension and account termination. In extreme cases, we may be legally obliged to report such customers to the relevant authorities.
Fair Use
We provide our facilities with the expectation that your usage matches the “business as usual” scope outlined in your agreement. If usage is considered excessive, additional fees may be charged or capacity restricted.
We are opposed to all forms of abuse, discrimination, rights infringement, and any action that harms or disadvantages any group, individual, or resource. We expect our customers and their end-users to interact with our Products in the same spirit.
Customer Accountability
Customers are responsible for their own actions and for the actions of anyone using our Products with their permission. This includes unauthorised use resulting from failing to implement reasonable security measures.
By accepting Products from us, customers agree to ensure adherence to this policy by anyone using the Products as their end-users. Complaints regarding customer or end-user actions will be forwarded to the nominated account contact.
If a customer—or anyone using our Products via that customer—violates this policy, we may terminate the associated Products or account, or take any other remedial action deemed appropriate without notice. To the extent permitted by law, no credit is provided for service interruptions resulting from policy violations.
