Core processing makes your cards and fulfils your orders. Analytics, diagnostic sharing, and marketing are optional and off by default in the iOS app.
Change it anytime
Open Account and scroll to Privacy preferences to update optional choices.
No iOS ad tracking
The current iOS release does not send app activity to Meta for cross-company tracking.
Access and deletion
Request a data copy through privacy support, or delete your account in the app.
In the iOS app
Open Account and scroll to Privacy preferences to control:
- Product analytics: optional app-interaction and performance data used to improve the product.
- Crash reports: optional diagnostic details used to investigate reliability problems.
- Marketing: optional communications and marketing notifications from Silly Robot Cards.
Turning an optional choice off stops optional processing on that device immediately. If account-level server sync is unavailable, the app shows that the change is pending and keeps it available for retry. A requested opt-in stays inactive until the server confirms it. Essential account security, AI card processing you request, order fulfilment, fraud prevention, and legal records are not optional because the selected feature cannot work without them.
Your data
- Data copy: email privacy support at the address below to request a portable copy.
- Delete: request account deletion from Account → Data & account.
- Correct: update available account or address details in the app, or contact us.
- Marketing email: use the unsubscribe link in a message or contact us.
If you cannot access the app, email [email protected]. We may ask you to verify your identity before providing, correcting, exporting, or deleting account data.
