Is the arrival date guaranteed?
We calculate dispatch based on printing and postal times, but final delivery depends on your local mail service. For important dates, we'd recommend building in a few days' buffer.
What's the minimum lead time?
We'll show you the earliest available arrival date at checkout based on production and carrier timelines.
Can I change the date after ordering?
Yes — get in touch before we dispatch and we'll sort it. Once it's printed and shipped, we can't change it.
How do weekends and holidays work?
